note that our phones are not staffed all day so you may have
to leave a message. You may also fill out the on-line
reservation request. Reservation requests are not
confirmed reservations until we have contacted you with a
confirmation.
Two Night Minimum Stay Required. Three
Night Minimum stay during Special Event Premium Weekends. These
weekends are noted on our Walla Walla
Events page. Please
contact us for these Premium Weekend rates.

Payment Policy
Your reservation request is confirmed promptly through email and then by mailed confirmation. Payment is required to secure your reservation 30 days in advance of your reserved arrival date. Your payment option is by mailing us a check along with our liability release form or through SpotPay eCheck, an on-line secure, simple and easy to use payment method.
Cancellations
We require 21 days notice of cancellations for reservations. If the cancellation period for your reservation has passed and you need to cancel your reservation one night's lodging will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Arrival Information
Upon receipt of payment in full a confirmation letter,
directions, information and key will be mailed. Please be sure and
complete the on-line Reservation Form upon verbal confirmation
of your desired dates. Our goal is for you to enjoy this
beautiful area and have a memorable experience staying
at the Painted Place.
House Policies
- Check in is 4 PM - Check out is Noon (unless prior
arrangements are agreed upon).
- Full cleaning service is provided upon checkout.
- Our accommodations are smoke free.
- The Painted Place is an adult getaway, sorry no children
under 12 and no pet policy.
